Lower Body Stretch Routine

Here is a fantastic lower body focussed stretch routine, this is the work of Ben Patrick aka @kneesovertoesguy and Jeff Wolf aka @theflexibull who created Athletic Truth Group. It has accompanying videos and has good standards to reach for in terms of lower body health and mobility. Give it a try and let me know how you go!

  1. Plantar Fascia: 2 minutes

2. Tibialis: 2 minutes

3. Standing Pike: 2 minutes

4.Standing Pancake: 2 minutes

5. Single Leg Pike: 90 seconds per leg

6. Piriformis: 90 seconds per leg

7. Frog: 2 minutes

8. Butterfly: 90 seconds

9. Supine Single Leg Hamstring Stretch: 1 minute per side

10. Relaxed Lunge (Hip Flexor): 90 seconds per side

11. Relaxed Lunge (Hamstring): 90 seconds per side

12. Elevated Pancake Stretch: 90 seconds

13. Diamond Pose: 90 seconds
